Katherine Hamm Center staff have advanced degrees and deeply understand child development. They work together with each child's specific learning profile to foster growth, listening, learning and early literacy through fun. They motivate, nurture intellectual curiosity, encourage conversation and reward a child's willingness to take risks. Staff collaboration includes parents, who act as part of the partnership, along with classroom teachers, specialists and every adult on campus who engages our children as conversational partners.
